DMCA Policy

This page explains how we handle copyright issues under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to File a Complaint

If you think something on our site uses your copyrighted work without permission, send a notice to our Copyright Agent. Please include:

  • What the copyrighted work is.
  • The exact page or link (URL) where the material appears.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Astatement that you believe the use isn’t allowed by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  • Astatement, made under penalty of perjury, that the details you provide are correct and that you are the copyright owner or allowed to act for them.
  • Your signature (electronic or physical).

If the notice is valid, we may remove or restrict access to the material.

How to File a Counter-Notice

If you believe we removed content by mistake, you can send a counter-notice. Please include:

  • The material that was removed and where it was before.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Astatement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was an error or misidentification.
  • Astatement agreeing to the authority of your local U.S. federal court (or, if outside the U.S., where this site is based).
  • Your signature (electronic or physical).

We’ll forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they don’t take legal action, the content may be restored.
